Product Introduction

LY-450TA is a desktop and small desktop external vacuum packaging machine. The machine adopts a baked paint spray coating shell (can be made of stainless steel), a chamber free air nozzle structure, and an oil-free vacuum generator vacuum system. It is particularly suitable for packaging various irregularly sized products in dust-free workshops, electronic product warehouses, etc., to prevent moisture and oxidation;

Control system

Adopting our company's independently developed microcomputer controller, this system has the advantages of accurate control, strong anti-interference ability, and good stability. All settings are directly set on the panel without the need to adjust other components;

Hand/automatic function

Automatic second step: Pre programmed with the required technical parameters for packaging materials, the first step determines whether the product is flat inside the packaging bag and the bag opening, and the second step automatically completes the entire packaging process according to the program, doubling the packaging speed;
Manually step on three feet: Step on the first foot to confirm whether the product is flat inside the packaging bag and at the bag opening. Step on the second foot and the machine will start vacuuming. After visually observing that the product vacuum level meets the requirements, step on the third foot and the machine will start executing the program, automatically completing the entire packaging process;

Double protection

The machine adopts an automatic detection system. In case of incorrect operation or malfunction during startup, shutdown, and use, the system will automatically sound an alarm until the fault is resolved.
